This is a transcript for Ash's Adventures of Beauty and the Beast.
Narrator: Once upon a time in a far away land, a young prince lived in a shining castle. Although he had everything his heart desired, the prince was spoiled, selfish and unkind. But then, one winter's night, an old beggar woman came to the castle and offered him a single rose in return for shelter from the bitter cold. Repulsed by her haggard appearance, the prince sneered at the gift and turned to old woman away. But she warned him not to be deceived by appearances for beauty was found within. And when he dismissed her again, the old woman's ugliness melted away to reveal a beautiful enchantress. The prince tried to apologize but it was too late, for she had seen that there was no love in his heart, and as punishment, she transformed him into a hideous beast and placed a powerful spell on the castle, and all who lived there. Ashamed of his monstrous form, the beast concealed himself inside his castle with a magic mirror as his only window to the outside world. The rose she had offered was truly an enchanted rose, which will bloom until his twenty-first year. If he could learn to love another, and earn her love in return by the time the last petal fell, then the spell would be broken. If not, he would be doomed to remain a beast for all time. As the years passed, he fell into despair and lost all hope, for who could ever learn to love a beast?
(Now in the present. A young girl steps out of her house and walks down the path to the village.)
Belle: (singing) Little town it's a quiet village. Every day like the one before. Little town full of little people waking up to say...

Belle: (singing) There goes the baker with his tray, like always. The same old bread and rolls to sell. Every morning's just the same since the morning that we came to this poor provincial town...
Baker: Good morning, Belle!
Belle: (speaking) Good morning, Monsieur.
Baker: Where are you off to?
Belle: The bookshop! I just finished the most wonderful story, about a beanstalk and an ogre and-

(Not so far from town, Ash and his friends are walking down the path.)
Misty: So Brock, where do you think we are now?
Brock: Well, according to the PokéNav, we're still in Europe. And by the looks of how people are speaking, we must be in France.
Misty: France? (sighs) The glory of France. I always wanted to revisit the city of lights again. I can see it now. (imagines herself at the Eiffel Tower)
(Ash and Brock groan in embarrassment)
Ash Ketchum: Huh? Hey, there's a town up ahead. (remembers something) Brock, did we remember to meet Littlefoot and the others at that town today?
Brock: Hmmm. (looks at letter) Oh yeah. You're right, Ash. We are supposed to meet them in town. Once we get there, we'd better find them.
Ash Ketchum: Yeah, good idea.
(Ash and his friends walk the path until they've reached town. However, Ash and Pikachu went into a different direction.)
Brock: Ok, Littlefoot and the others should be here in town somewhere. We just need to keep and look out for them. Ok, Misty?
Brock: Ok, Ash? Ash? What? Hey, where'd he go?
Misty: Oh, no. He and Pikachu went the wrong way and got lost again. This is the fourth time this happened.
Brock: Well, we'd better find them before something happens. Let's go.
(Meanwhile, Belle continues her stroll downtown.)
Townsfolk: Look there she goes, that girl is strange, no question. Dazed and distracted, can't you tell?
Woman: Never part of any crowd.
Barber: Cause her head's up on some cloud.
Townsfolk: No denying she's a funny girl that Belle.
