Benny, Leo, Johnny, Rae and their friends and allies are joined together by Mickey Mouse to enjoy the sights of his dreams.

Fed up with numerous foiled plots and defeats by the Fantasy Adventure Team, Heath Lynx plans to steal Leo's Time Omnitrix to go back in time to bring back the villains the team faced in the past--including the Dark Ones!

To chase after Heath, restore the timeline and get back Leo's omnitrix, Benny unleashes his new life-size, fully operational time machine that he had built using the blueprints of Dr. Emmett Brown's DeLorean Time Machine.

Will the team win once again or be lost in the nightmare Fantasmic?

• Originally, Benny, Leo and Johnny's Adventures of the Sword in the Stone is set to release as a season finale episode, but the crew later decide to put an adventure based on their favorite attraction, Fantasmic!.
• Benny reveals his DeLorean time machine. The machine was mentioned in Benny, Leo and Johnny's Adventures of Aladdin.
• Despite the fact that Heath Lynx is the main bad guy in this movie, he will appear in Winnie the Pooh in Fantasmic! (Tokyo Disney Sea).
• The Road Rovers and the 2011 Thundercats guest star in this adventure and battle the villains alongside the Fantasy Adventure team.
• Both The Road Rovers and The 2011 Thundercats Series are made by Warner Bros. Animation.
• The metal band Nightwish's song "Fantasmic" will be heard in this adventure.
• Exile the Husky and 2011 Panthro are all voiced by Kevin Micheal Richardson.
• The Villains set to appear as Heath's allies are Queen Grimhilde, the Magic Mirror, Ursula, Cruella De Vil, Scar, Judge Claude Frollo, Yzma, Madame Mim, Captain Gantu, Jafar, Dr. Facilier, Hopper, McLeach, Prince John, Evil Emperor Zurg, Gaston, Hades, Chernabog, Deathwing, and Maleficent.
