Boots is a 5 (4 for the first 12 episodes) year old furry monkey and Dora's best friend. He's like a worshipful younger brother. Sweet and loving, he likes to hold Dora's hand. Unlike Dora, Boots sometimes makes wrong choices and gets discouraged. When he is feeling down, he always bounces back quickly with one of his flips. No one can make Dora laugh the way Boots can. He's the best friend you always wanted.

- In Liam's Adventures of Pokemon the Series, Boots will appear in Connect to the Future! The Legend of the Radiant One! where he, Dora, Guillermo and Isabella along with all his friends(including Swiper the Fox) is shown to join the rest of Alola in showering Necrozma with light so it could return to its normal form.
- He is set to appear in Nowhere to Hyde from Liam's Adventures of Scooby-Doo.
- He will appear in Jewel Sparkles' Adventure.
- Although he can't own a Pokemon since he's a monkey, he is shown to befriend other Pokemon since to Max and Bonnie does.
