Darkwing Duck arrives at Angel Grove, hoping to get a second chance at being a great hero once more. Yet when he teams up with the Rebel Alliance and the Rangers on their latest Chaos Emerald hunt, he gets into more trouble than they all expected out of him. Meanwhile, Chris Thorndyke's Father opens the Casino Night Zone in Angel Grove and sets up a Super Smash Bros. Fighting Tournament. The prize: a Chaos Emerald. Aware of the situation, the now healed Bowser Koopa leads a Surprise attack while turns a Pachinko Machine into the Menacing Pachinko Head in order to get the Emerald, while the Casino is Under Siege and Cosmo in Danger as she encounters face to face with Kavaxas.
