Dizzy Tremaine is a character in the Disney Channel sequel Descendants 2. She is the daughter of Drizella Tremaine, who is still the only non-reformed step-sister. She is also the youngest Descendant in the series. Since her grandmother is heard but not seen, it's unknown how her mother and aunt feel about her.
