Doc Hudson is the Radiator Springs judge and local doctor. Once a famous racing legend known as the "Hudson Hornet" Doc now lives at Radiator Springs after a serious crash that put him out of season and ended his interest in racing. However, thanks to Lightning McQueen and the folk of Radiator Springs, Doc chose to work as McQueen's crew chief and he got a pleasant fanfare from the audiences as a result.

• Doc will meet the FT Squad in The FT Squad's Adventures in Cars. Sometime in the future, he'll join the team on their adventures, along with McQueen, Mater and Sally.
• Doc made a minor appearance in an episode of The FT Squad's Adventures With Phineas and Ferb.
• Doc will meet Winnie the Pooh, Thomas, Twilight Sparkle and their friends in Pooh's Adventures of Cars.
