Smarty smart and Octocat.

Mr. Smarty Smart and Octocat are two mutants from a tiny island somewhere South Pacific, created by a mad doctor and Smarty Smart began to beleave that he should be overlord and made Octocat his assistant. These two are from the Canadian Animated TV series Spliced. Smarty Smarts is crossed with a Dolphin, a Chipanize, and a Jack Russle Terrior. Octocat is crossed with a Cat and an Octopus.

Trivia

• Mr. Smarty Smarts and Octocat made their first guest appearence in a Lion King crossover in Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa's Adventures of The Little Mermaid where they worked for Ursula. He was defeated in the climax by being stomped several times by Tantor. As of now, it's unknown if they'll ever get revenge on the Jungle Adventure crew or become Pooh's new enemy.
