Nidoking is a Poison/Ground-type Pokemon and the final evolution of the male Nidoran. In the anime, Ash's rivals, both Gary and Paul each own a Nidoking. Benny the Beast also owns a Nidoking nicknamed King in the Fantasy Adventure series.
