The Amoeba Boys are a trio of talking amoeba who are considered the most lousiest and most pathetic criminals in Townsville in The Powerpuff Girls series.

- With the help of Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa, the Amoeba Boys' personalities and intelligence changed dramatically and became sinister and notorious, as if they were the Amoeba Boys from the Powerpuff Girls pilot, Whoopass Stew.
- They will appear in Jewel Sparkles' Adventure as villains.
