Android 13

Android 13 is one of Dr. Gero's most powerful androids and is the main antagonist of the Dragonball Z movie, Super Android 13. Just like what Cell did, Android 13 absorbed the micro-chips and bombs from his follow comrades, Androids 14 and 15 and became a much stronger version of himself.
