Bolbi Stroganovsky is a friend of Pooh and a friend of Jimmy Neutron. He is a thick foreign accent, but it is unknown what country he is from. His superhero alter-ego is "Super Kabobby". His has several odd talents and strengths, like acting and wielding weapons. He was even a space pirate at one point.
