It is shown in the holiday episode that he celebrates Kwanzaa, though because he holds a special candleholder, Ben thinks he is Jewish, that is, until he reveals it is a kinara, not a menorah.
Leon's name is like that of his puppeteer, Noel MacNeal, whose last name is spelled exactly the same, but whose first name is spelled in reverse.
