Frix is a high-ranking officer in the Toad Empire who serves as an assistant to the Toad Air Marshall. He is the nearly-identical companion of Frax/Slice. They can only be told apart because Frix's chin is larger. He was later mutated by Well-Done into a naginata-wielding mutant. After Dave defeats them the first time, he let them live. The brothers return throughout the first season. Dice participates in Komplex's obstacle course. Dice later went one on one with Dave, but he defeats him with the Internal Gyro Command. He later turned giant and was defeated by Go-Rei Knight.
