Summary: Inspector Rodriguez is an upper level demon who works for "The Source" his disguise is to be a inspector for Internal Affairs, who is investigating Andy and his unsolved cases. He attempts to kill The Charmed Ones but is unsuccessful he only manages to kill Phoebe, he has Tempus turn back time so that he may attempt to kill them again, yet again his attempts fail as he kills Phoebe and Piper this time and Tempus turns back time again. Tempus does this for a total of 3 times when eventually The Charmed Ones move time forward so that Rodriguez cannot return again but unfortunately Andy doesn't come back either. Phoebe is able to realize that they are in a time loop somehow and knows that to defeat Rodriguez they have to move time forward which results in the death of Andy.
