Katana is a female warrior with a sword that can trap the souls of its victims. She is Rick Flag's bodyguard and a member of the Suicide Squad. She has no mercy for criminals like Punisher.

• Katana (DC) became a member of the Suicide Squad in Nighlock and the Suicide Squad. When she speaks to her sword, Nighlock understands every word she says.
• Katana (DC)'s husband and children were killed with the very sword she wields.
• Katana (DC) can understand Ryan Freestar because he can speak Japanese like she does.
