Kuwagamon is a Champion Digimon.

Kuwagamon is first Digimon that the DigiDestined and their Digimon battles with, but they were no match. Kuwagamon then plunged the DigiDestined and their Digimon into a river.

Another Kuwagamon appeared and attacks the DigiDestined, but was killed by Piximon.

Kuwagamon also made as antagonists in DA02 and DATri. A heroic Kuwagamon is also the partner of Yuri, a French DigiDestined in DA02.

In Adventure:, a herd of Kuwagamon led by a Okuwamon attack the DigiDestined at a gorge, they fought Greymon, Togemon and Kabuterimon.
