Lapis Lazuli is a friend of the Crystal Gems and is one of the main protagonists in Steven Universe. She has the ability to manipulate liquids, a power she can use to form wings she can fly with, and also form giant fists made of water to battle enemies with.
She once hated the Crystal Gems, though she has recently befriended them. Her best friends are Peridot and Bismuth.
