Lil' Lightning is the hidden tertiary antagonist of 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure. He is Thunderbolt's former sidekick and best friend.

- Lil' Lightning is sometimes thought to be the hidden main and secondary antagonist of the film. This is not true as he had far less sadistic plans than Cruella De Vil and Jasper and Horace Badun.
- Lil' Lightning is similar to Steele from Balto: Both are fame seekers who want to get their rival out of the way so they can keep the fame to themselves (Balto for Steele and Thunderbolt for Lil' Lightning).
- He is not a true villain as he immediately bursted into tears when Thunderbolt faked his death, thinking he was actually dead.
