Lord Darkar is the sworn enemy of Bloom and her friends.
Lord Darkar (sometimes called The Shadow Phoenix) is the main villain in Pooh's Adventures of Winx Club Season 2, where he will become Bloom's greatest enemy and is good friends with Bowser. He is also the brother of Lord Zedd.

- After his death, Darkar will be revived by Dr. Facilier, and his Reign of Darkness will continue, making him the evil master for the Winx Club series once again.
- Although he returns during the series, he will make his first appearance in a Bloom's Adventures film in Bloom's Adventures of Space Jam, where he will team up with Mr. Swackhammer and the Monstars.
- Lord Darkar will team up with the other Disney and Non-Disney Villains to take over Mickey Mouse's imagination and get revenge on Pooh, Bloom, and their friends in Winnie the Pooh in Fantasmic! (Tokyo Disney Sea).
- Lord Darkar will team up with Ratigan, Fidget, Jafar, Maleficent, Ursula, Hades, Pete, Yzma, Scar, Shenzi, Banzai, Ed, Arthur and Cecil, Dr. Facilier, the Grand Duke of Owls, Drake, the Evil Queen, and Tzekel-Kan to work for Rameses II and get revenge on Pooh, Bloom, and their friends in Pooh and Bloom's Adventures of The Prince of Egypt.
- Lord Darkar will team up with the Trix, Ratigan, Fidget, Drake, and Sheldon J. Plankton in Bloom's Adventures of Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins. In the film he and Zurg both use their dark powers to corrupt the Uni-Mind's power to their evil.
- Lord Darkar and the other villains will team up to take over Disneyland in order to get revenge on Pooh, Bloom, and their friends in Winnie the Pooh Watches Disney on Ice: Disneyland Adventure.
- Lord Darkar and the other villains will team up to help Bowser in his plan to force Princess Peach into marrying him in Pooh and Bloom's Adventures of Super Mario Odyssey.
- Lord Darkar will become the new enemy of Brian Griffin in Brian Griffin's Adventures of Winx Club.
- Lord Darkar is revealed to be Lord Zedd's brother.
- Lord Darkar doesn't get along with his brother's wife Rita, due to her whining, and brother-in-law Rito for his incompetence.
- Lord Darkar is also a rival and enemy to He-Man's archenemy, Skeletor (1983), as they once fought over who gets control of Castle Grayskull years ago, until he learned about the Ultimate Power of Relix, and as such he gave up on Grayskull in order to seek the ultimate power while never letting Skeletor know, so he wouldn't try to seek it too.
- Lord Darkar is also rivals with Hordak (1985) although he prefers to avoid conflict with him, out of fear of the wrath of his master, Horde Prime (1985).
- Lord Darkar will return in Team Robot in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire the Series, as a recruit member of Team Magma with Valtor, and Thrax (Osmosis Jones), to get revenge on Ash Ketchum, Bloom, and their friends.
