Messy Bear is one of the new Care Bears introduced in the Big Wish Movie, alongside Too Loud Bear & Me Bear. He has winter blue fur and his Belly badge depicts a smiling dark blue tornado. He is very allergenic and often unwittingly makes a huge mess out of everything he tries to do and also loves food and cooking.
