Mr. Twitchell is a ruthless, selfish, and greedy man who made a very dangerous product called "Summer Wheeze" in Frosty Returns. At first, the people of Beansboro were head over heels for his product, but when Frosty and Holly told everyone to rethink their hatred towards snow and the winter season, the people decide to not use the product and permanently canned it for good. And Mr. Twitchell decided to make sleds instead of causing trouble to the environment after realizing that he was no match for mother nature or a little girl like Holly.
