Pichu is an Electric-type Pokemon. It is the Pre-Evolution of Pikachu. While it can use electric attacks, Pichu is not able to control its power as well as its evolved counterparts, and thus it sometimes shocks itself. Regardless, Pichu can still be a good ally in battle.
