Princess Dark Matter is an evil girl who is half demon and a replica of Megan Williams. She has the power to absorb any races, and shape-shift into any person.

- She will be the main antagonist of Tino's Evil Valentine Girl. She's also in love with Tino Tonitini. But she was kill by Sunset Shimmer, when she blew her up.
- Whenever she absorbs each of the Mane 6, she takes different Forms of herself.
- She carries a Magical Artifact known as the Phantom Ruby to take Revenge on Twilight Sparkle for defeating her, but she is beaten and escapes to another Dimension, waiting for the right moment to strike.
- She returns to trap Twilight and her friends in another Dimension known as Null Space in another attempt to destroy them once and for all, but the Power of the Phantom Ruby got out of control and created a Portal which sucked her in, never to be seen again.
- She is voiced by Rina Chan.
- She appears in Sonic: Adventures in Equestria as a major antagonist, with Kira Buckland (Rina Chan) reprising her role.
