The Red Ribbon Army is a paramilitary crime organization in the Dragonball series. Goku confronted the Red Ribbon Army while he was collecting the Dragon Balls and he single-handedly defeated them one by one. Unfortunately, Dr. Gero escaped and decided that the army vowed revenge by creating robotic androids with intense power so they could destroy Goku once and for all.
