Sparky, A.K.A. Experiment 221, is an illegal genetic experiment and the 221st genetic experiment created by Jumba Jookiba with Hämsterviel's funding. He is designed to create crippling electric surges. His one true place is powering the Kilauea Lighthouse that had been abandoned for requiring too much electricity. He is the first experiment that Lilo and Stitch rehabilitated.

- Ai, Jiejie and Dahu will move to Hawaii and have a mountainous Chinese home built right near the Kilauea Lighthouse as part of it, so that Ai and Sparky would live together. Soon, Ai and Jiejie would be adopted by Ryu and Kasumi, and their family would be as happy and joyful as Lilo's ohana.
