Sailor Neptune
Michelle Kaiou aka Michiru Kaiou (aka Sailor Neptune) is one of the protagonists of the anime series, Sailor Moon. She is one of the four Sailor Scouts of the outer solar system and princess of the planet Neptune. She is the more nicer type of the Outer Sailor Scouts. Like Amy as Sailor Mercury, as Sailor Neptune, her powers are mainly water. Unlike Amy however, Michelle's water powers come from the ocean and are hardly ice related. She along with Amara, Trista and Hotaru debuted in the third season of Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon S.
