Luigi is the second and the younger of the two Mario brothers. He is the lover of Princess Daisy. Along with his brother, the two have been through many adventures to save the Mushroom Kingdom and it's many other lands. Both he and his brother share one common trait: they both use power-ups like Stars, Mega Mushrooms, Penguin Suits, Fire Flowers, Ice Flowers, Propeller Mushrooms, and many others. He is also the main protagonist of Luigi's Mansion and it's sequels Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Luigi's Mansion 3.

- Luigi will meet Pooh, Ash, Mewtwo, Serena Tsukino and their Friends in Pooh's Adventures of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
- Mario and Luigi are Ash and Hotaru’s uncles.
- He is the adopted uncle of Lilo and Nani Pelekai.
- He will meet Tabby Darklight and Katsuki Bakugo in Tabby's Adventures of Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle and will return in Tabby's Adventures of Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope.
- He is originally voiced by Charles Martinet in the video games. After Charles' retirement of voicing Luigi, he is voiced by Kevin Afghani.
