The Machine.

The Machine (aka Rockland Stone) is the main villain in the animated Free Willy TV series. He is a hybrid of a human and a cyborg and one of the enemies of Jesse Greenwood. He already recognizes Winnie the Pooh, Simba, SpongeBob SquarePants, and their friends in Pooh's Adventures of Free Willy: Yuletide and Red Tide.

Trivia

• He was voiced by the late Paul Krawford, who also played Chief Brian Irons & Robert Kendo in Resident Evil 2; fittingly Paul Haddad (Willy) and Alyson Court (Sally the seal) both did voices in said game.
• The Machine will make his first guest appearance in a Land Before Time crossover film to get his revenge on Littlefoot and his friends in Littlefoot's Adventures of All Dogs Go to Heaven.
• The Machine will get his revenge on Littlefoot and his friends again in Littlefoot's Adventures of All Dogs Go to Heaven 2, Littlefoot's Adventures of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back, Littlefoot's Adventures of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, Littlefoot Meets The Swan Princess, Littlefoot and The Return of Jafar, and Littlefoot's Adventures of Aladdin and the King of Thieves.
• The Machine will make his first guest appearance in a Winnie the Pooh crossover film to get his revenge on Pooh and his friends in Pooh's Adventures of Avatar.
• The Machine will make his first guest appearance in a Pokémon crossover film to get his revenge on Ash and his friends in Ash's Adventures of The Emperor's New Groove.
• The Machine will get his revenge on Ash and his friends again in Ash Ketchum Meets the Warriors of Virtue and Ash Ketchum in Fantasmic!.
