Dr. Wily is an enemy of Pooh and the biggest enemy of Mega Man. He is a diabolical inventor. He is notable for inventing several (former) robot masters to defeat Mega Man, but so far, all of them have been destroyed.

- Dr. Wily guest starred in Pooh's Adventures of All Dogs Go to Heaven 2.
- In Tabby's Pokemon Journey, he debut in ??? as Mr. X, where he along with his disguised villains (Dr. Zomboss, Dark Dizzy, and Dark Dizzy's Noibat) shows off their plan is to ???, until Mr. X and and his allies turns to be Dr. Wily, Dark Dizzy, Dr. Zomboss and Dark Dizzy's Noibat as they reveal their true plan: to kidnap their Pokemon and turn into their robotic slaves but were defeated as Tabby and the rest free the Pokemon while Agent Ben arrests Dr. Wily and the rest (and releasing his Pokemon at the same time).
