Yertle the Turtle is a character from the Dr. Seuss book Yertle the Turtle and Other Stories. He was allegedly based on Adolf Hitler. He's also the main antagonist in the first season of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss and the tertiary antagonist in the second season.
