Joe Carioca is a Brazilian Parrot from South America who is one of Donald Duck and Pooh's best friend. Donald and Pooh and his friends first met him in Pooh's Adventures of Aquarela Do Brasil and had a reunion with him in Pooh's Adventures of The Three Caballeros.
