Mimet (Mimette in the viz dub), or Mimi Hanyuu as her real name, is the weakest member of the Bureau of Bad Behavior and the rival to Mina (Sailor Venus). She primarily serves under Mistress 9, but tends to shirk her duties in order to chase after the next popular idol of the month, which tends to get on King Bowser's nerves.
