Mr. E is the alias of Ricky Owens, Professor Pericles' owner who used to be one of the original members of Mystery Incorperated. He is also one of the main antagonists of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated!
Trivia
- He was voiced by Scott Menville (Robin/Sneezy (7D)), who voiced Shaggy in Get a Clue!, as a teen and Lewis Black who also voices Anger in the Pixar movie, Inside Out, as an adult.
- Mr. E will become Winnie the Pooh's enemy in Pooh's Adventures of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorperated!
- Mr. E will become Ash Ketchum's enemy in Ash's Adventures of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated!
