He's known as Filmation's own equivalent of Stromboli, Puppetino' (played by William Windom) is Pooh's Adventures of Pinocchio and the Emperor of the Night's deeming villain and has a controversiey record of a "child molester". For his plan Puppetino must creat a dazziling horror of horrors: Turning Pinocchio back into wood, attracting business, organ grinders, his own Twinkle and even working for the Emperor himself.
