This is how Reviving the Indominus Rex goes in My Little Pony Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
[We see Twilight and Optimus running to the body of Indominus]
[Suddenly, Megatron appears from the smoke]
Megatron: Die!
Major Malfunction: Optimus! Twilight! Behind you!
[Megatron fires a blast]
[The shockwave sends them both flying, damaging Optimus, but killing Twilight]
Optimus Prime: Twilight!
[Soldiers run to try and revive her]
[Starlight and Trixie are held back, but are crying]
[Bumblebee falls to his knees and Rarity cries]
[Malfunction glares at Megatron as his eyes become diamonds]
Major Malfunction: Megatron, you piece of scrap!
[Malfunction transforms into Sabre-Toothed Tiger mode and attacks the Decepticon warlord]
[Megatron tries to get the spy off of him, but is struggling to do so]
[Malfunction eventually takes down Megatron, and continues to maul him until Starscream comes to his rescue]

[Suddenly Twilight finds herself in the afterlife]
Twilight Sparkle: Where am I?
Prime: We have been watching you for a long, long time.
[The Primes appear]
Other Prime: You have fought for the Indominus Rex, the last ancient hybrid, with courage and with sacrifice, the virtues of a leader, a leader worthy of our secret. The Matrix of Leadership is not found. It is earned. Return now to Indominus. Merge the Matrix with her heart. It is, and always has been, your destiny.
[Twilight then wakes up]
[Twilight grabs the Matrix with her magic and drives it into I-Rex's heart]
[The Indominus Rex's eyes open and she gets up]
Indominus Rex: [growls] (translation: Alicorn, Prime, you return for me.)
Twilight Sparkle: That's what friends are for.
Optimus Prime: We never leave a friend behind.
[Jetfire is watching]
Jetfire: [awestruck] A living ancient hybrid. I don't believe it.
[Indominus is clearly confused as to why there is a Decepticon helping them but brushes it off]
