Sally Carrera is the Radiator Springs District Attorney and Lightning McQueen's girlfriend. She had the idea of sentencing McQueen to community service to fix the road after McQueen accidentally wrecked it the previous night. Eventually she and McQueen became boyfriend and girlfriend.
