Scar Snout is a hungry wolf and the main antagonist in The Rugrats Movie. He lived in the forest located near the Pickles' residence. He is feared by Tommy, Chuckie, Phil and Lil, and a gang of circus monkeys.
In the movie's climax, he decided to attack Tommy Pickles and his friends on a bridge, but Spike the Dog came and defeated in a fight by sending him falling off the bridge and over a waterfall.
