This is how Twilight's Sacrifice goes in My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Revenge of the Overlord.
[The ponies and Autobots plot their next move]
Twilight Sparkle: This is the last time you try to hurt us!
[Twilight shoots beams of magic at the Overlord, then uses her levitation]
The Overlord: What are you doing?! Let me go, you fool!
[The others watch as she floats up]
Rarity (EG): No, Twilight! No!
Sunset Shimmer: We have to get out of here. Now.
[They run off as Twilight continues to float up. Optimus and Sunset look back at Twilight as she is slowly torn apart]
Optimus Prime: Be safe in the Well of Allsparks, Twilight.
Sunset Shimmer: Good luck with your afterlife.
[A few tears shred from their eyes. From a building, Flash Sentry watches as Twilight makes the ultimate sacrifice]
Flash Sentry (EG): Goodbye, Twilight.
[Back at the battlefield, Twilight continues to be torn apart as she has flashbacks of her friends and their adventures]
[The first flashback shows them defeating Nightmare Moon]
[The second flashback shows them going to the Gala]
[The third flashback shows them defeating Discord and reforming him]
[The fourth flashback shows them getting Rainbow Power]
[The flashback ends as Twilight is still being torn apart as the Overlord slowly dies]
[Twilight has another flashback of Princess Celestia telling her about her destiny]
Princess Celestia: (flashback) You have proven that you're ready.
[Flashback ends as Twilight remembers this]
Twilight Sparkle: (flashback) Ready?! Ready for what?
[Twilight has more flashbacks of her friends and their adventures, like their Power Ponies adventure, their trip to Manehatten, helping Rainbow Dash study, and building a playground with the fillies at Ponyville school]
[Twilight has one last flashback where Princess Celestia gives her her crown]
Princess Celestia: (flashback) Princess Twilight Sparkle!
[The flashback ends as Twilight finally dies. The Overlord is vanquished with her]
