Wormadam is a Pokemon evolved from a female Burmy. This Pokemon has three different forms: Plant Cloak, Sandy Cloak, and Trash Cloak as well as different types: Bug/Grass, Bug/Ground, Bug/Steel. In the anime, Dawn's rival, Ursula owns a Wormadam in its Sandy Cloak form.
