Yosemite Sam.

Yosemite Sam is a short tempered cowboy from the Looney Tunes cartoons. He always tries to get Bugs Bunny, but his plans were always backfired. He is sometimes seen in the Winnie the Pooh/Tiny Toons crossover films. In Pooh's Adventures of Looney Tunes: Back in Action, he works for the ACME corporation and owns a casino in Las Vegas called 'Yosemite Sam's Wooden Nickel'.
